Collins Sales seeks a dynamic, creative, organized and technically curious candidate to handle inquiries for power quality products and engage in its business operations. You already will be equipped and comfortable with using a CRM, Microsoft Office suite, video conferencing, order management systems, and understanding of quotations tools. You possess a “can-do” attitude and pitch in with other teams when required. We will help you understand the business.

Territory Account Manager/Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Site visits can be anything from an opportunity to audit and application to demonstrating products and services.
  • Manage an account by product line and working with C Level decision makers at ach customer account.
  • Pure Business Development so that you are engaged with contractors, distributors, consulting engineers, and OEM accounts.
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Territory Account Manager/Sales Representative Requirements:

  • High school diploma and Electrical Post Secondary Education.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • Must have a late model vehicle and valid drivers license.

Part-time hours: 40 per week

Salary: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
