Territory Manager, Field Operations Vancouver BC
Job Summary:
Manages and performs activities that drive optimal retail service and installation results for mass
channel retailers. Develops effective and professional relationships with store management in
assigned territory to promote Hallmark, ensure smooth operations and gain incremental floor
space. Leads a part-time field team to execute all service activities at store level, and supports
installation activities, including new programs, new store openings, renovations and revisions.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Leadership:
- Leads and develops team in support of personal and professional growth.

- Partners with Territory Installation Manager on fixture installation to ensure shared
- Actively participates in installation activities in territory.
- Follows up with feedback for improvements and solves any store level issues.
- Proactively monitors and manages Part Time service budget and productivity of team. Uses

- Develops and nurtures professional consultative partnerships with store management in

- Responsibility for “retail influence” with store managers to advance product and program
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- University/College degree in Business/Administration/Marketing or related field or working
- General business/marketing understanding is required
- Experience working and managing in a customer-focused operations environment is
- Experience with retail service/installation activities preferred
- Strong customer/consumer orientation – able to build strong understanding of each
- Possess the customer focus, resourcefulness and adaptability to ensure customer
- Ability to handle difficult conversations
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written - including two-way communication
- Ability to multitask along with superior time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable to change (i.e., people, systems or processes)
- Valid driver's license
- Fully Vaccinated* against COVID – 19 as some retail partners require this as a condition to
- Bilingual English and French – verbal and written – would be an asset
