We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Track Monitors to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
· Safety Oversight - Ensuring that all participants adhere to safety guidelines and regulations. This includes wearing appropriate safety gear such as helmets, gloves, and other protective equipment, following track rules and regulations, etc.
· Track Inspection - Regularly inspecting the track surface, barriers, signage, and other infrastructure for any hazards or damage that could pose a safety risk to participants.
· Driver Briefings - Providing pre-race or pre-session briefings to drivers, including instructions on track rules, safety protocols, and flag meanings.
· Flagging - Displaying flags to communicate with drivers during races or sessions. This includes signaling caution, indicating track conditions, or alerting drivers to potential hazards.
· Emergency Response - Being prepared to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including medical incidents, fires, or other critical situations.
· Customer Service – Providing friendly and helpful assistance to customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive experience at the track.
