Role: Retrieve and or reserve trade information from clients

• Pre-verify all information and repair were necessary, and input/authorize trades on ACE, Milvus systems
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines occurring within Trade Capture.
• Follows pre-set procedures ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements as well as corporate audit and risk management requirements.

Details:

• Toronto
• 6 months to start
• 37.5 hrs/week, 9-5pm, possibly 2-4 hrs OT/week
• Occasional weekend work (once a month), handling testing issues

Skills:

• College diploma in accounting, business or finance
• Knowledge of Trade Processing principles
• MS Excel data entry skills
• MS Word data processing skills
• English skills - Fluent (Written & Verbal)
