About the position

Our Warehouse Crew members ensures equipment from their respective departments is appropriately pulled, shipped, received, tested for quality and safety in a timely and efficient manner. This front facing role plays an integral part in reinforcing the Company as being the supplier of choice.

Regular business hours, weekdays 8:00am until 5:00pm, located out of our address

How you’ll contribute:

  • Pull and ship orders following Lighting, Grip, Cable, and Swing shipping processes as required.
  • Receive rental orders and purchases following Lighting, Grip, Cable, and Swing receiving processes as required.
  • Maintain positive and courteous customer relationships.
  • Conduct all duties expeditiously in a safe and careful manner to minimize damage.
  • Perform RTPro functions as directed by Department Head, could include staging/scanning/printing barcodes, status inquiries, and quality control activities.
  • Preform testing and maintenance on equipment as assigned.
  • Identify issues and make recommendations (includes damaged equipment on shelf, defective bar codes, internal communication issues, paperwork, customer relations, etc.).

What you’ll need to succeed

  • High school graduation.
  • Some experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Some customer service experience.
  • Some mechanical ability.
  • Some experience with rental operation and technical knowledge of lighting, grip, and cable equipment would be an asset.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills would be an asset.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Safe operation of equipment.
