Moderna is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for our Supply Chain team in Laval, CA. This role is crucial for managing receipt, storage, and distribution of production materials, supporting our manufacturing teams, and ensuring a seamless supply chain process.
Here’s What You’ll Do:
Within 3 Months, You Will…
Familiarize yourself with Moderna’s warehouse operations and start managing the receipt and storage of production materials.
Begin picking and verifying items in the warehouse to support manufacturing requirements.
Learn and start implementing Moderna's internal procedures for labeling and handling materials, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Within 6 Months, You Will…
Independently coordinate deliveries to internal customers and complete daily SAP transactions.
Start conducting daily cycle counts and oversee the wipe-down activities for materials entering manufacturing suites.
Efficiently manage the segregation of expired materials and maintain up-to-date inventory records in the SAP system.
Within 12 Months, You Will…
Become proficient in executing all warehouse operations with minimal support, ensuring efficient support to the manufacturing teams.
Lead initiatives to improve warehouse operations, focusing on safety, compliance, and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse ops lead and the global supply chain team to optimize warehouse processes and contribute to Moderna’s overall supply chain effectiveness.
Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:
High School diploma or GED, with at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse Operations and Shipping; BS/BA Degree preferred.
Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
Ability to lift and move products.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French.
Ability to work overtime when required.
Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.

Vous familiariser avec les opérations d'entrepôt de Moderna et commencer à gérer la réception et le stockage des matériaux de production.
Commencer la préparation et la vérification des articles dans l'entrepôt pour répondre aux besoins de fabrication.
Apprendre et commencer à mettre en œuvre les procédures internes de Moderna pour l'étiquetage et la manipulation des matériaux, en assurant la conformité aux normes de sécurité et opérationnelles.
Dans les 6 Mois, Vous Allez…
Coordonner de manière autonome les livraisons aux clients internes et effectuer les transactions quotidiennes dans SAP.
Commencer à effectuer des comptages cycliques quotidiens et superviser les activités de nettoyage des matériaux entrant dans les suites de fabrication.
Gérer efficacement la ségrégation des matériaux périmés et maintenir des registres d'inventaire à jour dans le système SAP.
Dans les 12 Mois, Vous Allez…
Devenir compétent dans l'exécution de toutes les opérations d'entrepôt avec un minimum de soutien, en assurant un support efficace aux équipes de fabrication.
Diriger des initiatives pour améliorer les opérations d'entrepôt, en mettant l'accent sur la sécurité, la conformité et l'efficacité.
Collaborer étroitement avec le responsable des opérations d'entrepôt et l'équipe mondiale de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour optimiser les processus d'entrepôt et contribuer à l'efficacité globale de la chaîne d'approvisionnement de Moderna.
Voici ce que vous apporterez à la table :
Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES), avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience en opérations d'entrepôt et en expédition
Expérience dans une industrie hautement réglementée, pharmaceutique ou dans un domaine connexe.
