- Ensure the accurate and timely procurement of parts to all customers
- Plan, organize and schedule of the daily and weekly workloads and personnel schedules
- Support training for all parts and warehouse functions as required
- Communicate and liaison with both internal and external customers providing superior customer service
- Facilitate change management in demanding and fast paced customer focused environment
- Identify and establish required internal parts systems and processes
- Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings
- 2 + years of previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
- Experience working in a leadership role, preferably in a customer facing setting
- Strong working knowledge of the Caterpillar dealer processes
- Understands and adheres to Finning policies and procedures, including safety
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Constructive team building skills to encourage positive employee engagement and contribution
- Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office suite with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Understands and adheres to safety procedures and protocols
