Washbay Supervisor

Profesional Mobile Wash is seeking a new supervisor for our washbay.

PMW is seeking a motivated individual to supervise our Washbay, The selected individual will be required to supervise our Washbay staff, Move trucks and vehicles in and out.

• Must hold a valid G class drivers license.

```Duties```
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of employees
- Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Create and maintain work schedules for employees
- Oversee the quality of work and ensure that company standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among employees
- Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to improve processes and productivity

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with customer service principles

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of employees. Your role will involve managing tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that company standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
