Date: Saturday February 25, 2023 and Sunday February 26, 2023
Time: 10am to 3pm
Location: 3251 Plateau Boulevard, Coquitlam BC

Golf ($15.65 per hour)

  • Communicate with your team to ensure the day’s reservations are being monitored for special requests, changes and new bookings.
  • Prepare golf club rentals, golf cart rentals and simulator rooms.
  • Answer phones in a professional manor and communicate with guests via the online messaging system.
  • Assist customers with purchases and have a general knowledge of products in the pro shop.
  • Must have driver’s license

Driving Range Attendant ($15.65 per hour)

  • Day to day operations of the driving range
  • Ensure general set-up and clean up of the area
  • Check the ball machine from time to time and make sure that it is filled up
  • Basic upkeeping of tools and machinery

Golf Cart Mechanic ($18.00 - $23.00 per hour)

  • Assist the equipment manager in coordinating and implementing a detailed maintenance program for the golf cart fleet.
  • Follow the daily work list.
  • Assist in developing a detailed record keeping program for all equipment.
  • Equipment inspection, fault diagnosis and repair.
  • Washing and lubrication of machinery.
  • Shop cleanliness and inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Any mechanical/power equipment experience is an asset but not required.
  • Capacity to use a computer and ability to problem solve quickly.
  • A background in automotive, electrical, and small engine would be an asset.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbally and in written form.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn is a necessity.
  • Aptitude for Mechanical problem diagnosis and repair work methods.
  • Possess attention to detail and can keep detailed and accurate records.
  • A valid BC drivers’ license is required for the position.

Turf Care ($15.65 - $20.00 per hour)

  • Drive Bunker Rake and maintain sand traps.
  • Operate light powered equipment and self-propelled mowers in the maintenance of greens and collars.
  • Use ride on mowers to condition tees, fairways, and roughs in an efficient and safe manner
  • Repair divots on tees and fairways.
  • Operate course irrigation system.
  • Communicate equipment malfunctions to Assistant Superintendent or Superintendent.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid class 7 (N) or class 5 (full) license. A copy of your driver’s license will be kept on file until the end of the season.
  • First Aid Certificate is an asset but not required.

Landscaper ($18.00 - $23.00 per hour)

All aspects of landscape/garden maintenance/management including, but not limited to:

  • Leading a small crew in maintenance tasks -Mowing, weeding, raking, blowing lawn areas -Hedge pruning and tree trimming
  • Integrated Pest Management/ Fertilizer application
  • Monitor and Maintain Irrigation systems -Design Garden beds and seasonal planters

Qualifications:

  • Any knowledge of plants or experience in landscape maintenance is a huge asset but not necessary (we will train the right individual)
  • Ability to obtain pesticide applicators license (within 4 months)
  • Valid BC Drivers Licence Class 5 or 7
  • -vailable early mornings in all types of weather
  • -Able to work alone and in groups

F&B Team Employee - Events and Après Restaurant ($15.65 to $17.00 per hour plus grats)

  • Ensure an Above & Beyond Experience for our guests and vendors.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of drink prices and products (knowledge of bar drinks is necessary since the server is responsible for making the beverages; wine knowledge and draft beer pouring skills are a definite asset).
  • Use a fair and equal way to distribute tables among guests and servers.
  • When tables are delivered, communicate with another team member and make yourself accessible to assist them as needed.
  • Serve the beverages and food orders in a timely manner; ensure the quality and presentation is Above & Beyond.
  • At the end of your shift, prep bar and restock based on inventory sheets.
  • Ensure the tidiness of the bar area during operational hours and at the end of the night.
  • Preparing items necessary for events both in restaurant and banquets depending where the team member is assigned (coffee, bread baskets, etc)
  • When assigned in banquet, execute the reset or the skeleton set of the banquet room, depending on the date of the next event
  • Pay attention to special requests and added stations specific to each event.
  • Look over the function sheet, amendments, server floor plan and specific server responsibilities for that event, as laid out by the banquet supervisor and execute event floor plan in a timely manor.
  • Setting up tables and chairs for events.
  • Communicate with your team to ensure the day’s reservations are being monitored for special requests and amendments.
  • Prepare the banquet room for the event by turning on lights, background music, opening the curtains and unlocking patio doors.
  • Ensure the event Master of Ceremonies knows the house rules and that the house rules are communicated to all guests.
  • Leading a pre-shift meeting with your team including all special information, times of events and closing duties.
  • Being available to staff for any support needed.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to confirm meal services are on time and answer any questions they may have.
  • Work with your team to complete clean up and re-set for the next day if needed.
  • Complete transactions using our point of sales system.
  • Prepare the Beverage Cart for daily operations by stocking beverages and snacks to sell to guests.
  • Keep a clean and tidy work space on the beverage cart.
  • Restock the fuel and clean the cart as needed.
  • Converse with guests and members and increase sales as opportunities arise.
  • Pick up course garbage and empty on course garbage cans as needed.
  • Drive the course and watch for safety hazards including wildlife.

Kitchen ($15.65 to $18.00 per hour plus grats)

  • Produce foods with correct taste, temperature and correct visual appeal and be prepared to train team members on new items.
  • Identify, clean and uses all kitchen equipment correctly and safely.
  • Report equipment malfunctions to Chef de Cuisine and/or Sous Chef.
  • Communicates effectively with your teammates to coordinate precise timing.

Restaurant Host ($15.65 per hour plus grats)

  • Greet guests upon arrival in a timely and friendly manor.
  • Assign tables to guests and servers using a fair and equal system.
  • Communicate with servers when tables arrive, and be available to help them when available.
  • Keep the host stand tidy and sanitized.
  • Prepare all shift equipment including menus, floor plans, pens and paper.
  • Review the day’s reservations and plan accordingly by pre-setting the table and coordinating seating arrangements.
  • Re-stock coolers with beverages, take out snacks and other essential items.
  • Assist with takeout orders when prompted.

Restaurant Bartender ($15.65 per hour plus grats)

  • Works closely with the Waitstaff to prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the service bar.
  • Provide a menu and offer beverages.
  • Mix drinks as requested with the correct amount of alcoholic content.
  • Possess up-to-date knowledge of drink prices and products.
  • Wine knowledge and draft beer pouring skills are required.
  • Serve the beverages in a timely manner; ensure the quality and presentation is Above & Beyond.
  • Ensure the tidiness of the bar area during operational hours and at the end of the night.
  • Restock the beer fridges, wine cabinets and take out station.
  • At the end of your shift, prep bar and restock based on inventory sheets.
  • Must be available for most weekends.

Restaurant Server ($15.65 per hour plus grats)

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and seat them at a table.
  • Provide a menu and offer beverages.
  • Make the beverages that were offered (knowledge of bar drinks is necessary since the server is responsible for making the beverages; wine knowledge and draft beer pouring skills are a definite asset).
  • Serve the beverages in a timely manner and take the meal orders.
  • Serve the meal orders in a timely manner; ensure the meal quality and presentation is Above & Beyond.
  • Serve any guests at the take-out station.
  • Ensure the tidiness of the restaurant during operational hours and at the end of the night.
  • Restock the beer fridges, wine cabinets and take out station.
  • Restock the server's stations.

Beverage Cart Attendant ($15.65 per hour plus grats)

  • Prepare the Beverage Cart for daily operations by stocking beverages and snacks to sell to guests.
  • Keep a clean and tidy work space on the beverage cart.
  • Restock the fuel and clean the cart as needed.
  • Converse with guests and members and increase sales as opportunities arise.
  • Pick up course garbage and empty on course garbage cans as needed.
  • Drive the course and watch for safety hazards including wildlife.
  • Assist in inventory count when needed.
  • Cash handling experience and proficiency in POS.
  • Responsible for over-seeing liquor stock up to $2000.
  • Knows how to take care of bar equipment.
