Summary: Budget Blinds of Halifax is looking for an installer to join our team. As the installer, you would be responsible for the installation of all products sold including but not limited to shutters, blinds, drapery, screens and other accessories in customer’s homes and businesses.
Requirements
- Proficient with a tape measure, drills, saws and other tools of the trade
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 kg over short distances including up staircases
- Comfortable with high ladder and scaffolding work platforms above 15 feet or 3 meters
- Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license with a clean drivers’ abstract
- Basic level of proficiency with computers
- Ensure products and services are explained to customers
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure the best customer experience
- Professional appearance and attitude
- The ability to work independently or part of a team
- Proactive problem solver
- Strong attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
