Yoga Studio Administrator

Journey Northaven is a tranquil and welcoming Yoga Studio dedicated to fostering a community where individuals can pursue the path of wellness and balance. We offer a variety of yoga styles, workshops, and wellness services to suit all levels of yogis.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Yoga Studio Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service and efficiently manage the daily operations of the studio.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Serve as the face of our studio, greeting clients warmly and assisting them with any inquiries.

· Manage client accounts, including registrations, payments, and scheduling through our studio management software.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment.

· Coordinate with yoga instructors to ensure smooth class transitions and address any scheduling conflicts.

· Manage retail inventory and process sales transactions.

· Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management and event promotion.

· Prepare and distribute client communications, such as newsletters or class changes.

· Support the studio owner with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

· Proven experience in administrative roles, customer service, or studio management (experience in the health/wellness/yoga sector preferred).

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in office software and point-of-sale systems.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

· A passion for yoga and wellness.

· Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
