Youth Farm Intern

Job Summary:

Duties:
- Assist with daily farm tasks such as planting, harvesting, and weeding
- Use hand tools for various farming activities
- Irrigate crops and monitor water levels
- Assist with heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Learn and practice basic math skills for measuring and calculating quantities
- Utilize power tools for construction and maintenance projects
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the farm

Experience:
- Familiarity with hand tools and mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Interest in sustainable farming practices is a bonus
