Job Description
- Support teammates in delivering high quality, accurate work within short timelines.
- Respond to ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.
- Assist in analysis and preparation of client reporting/monitoring and other deliverables.
- Work with our CRM to capture key business development activities.
- Research, create and maintain presentation materials (charts, slides, data analysis, etc.).
- Maintain/update the PH&N Institutional Handbook.
- Collaborate and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
Must-have
- Strong work ethic, desire to learn and contribute
- Ability to work independently and is self-motivated to meet assigned responsibilities
- Advanced MS Office Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively, and prioritize while multi-tasking during tight deadlines
- Team player with a "can-do" attitude, who is able to work effectively with employees at all levels
- Strong writing skills, and the ability to capture meeting notes and key takeaways for distribution to the team.
