24 Hour Live-In Caregiver

Home Instead Toronto-East is recruiting for 24 Hour LIVE-IN Caregiver position.
We are located in Toronto, Canada

• Must be eligible to work in Canada*
• We DO NOT sponsor out of country applicants*

Pay Range: Flat rate- 2-3 days a week Live-IN
Please note: This is not full-time living accommodation. You must have your own residence.
Duties include:

• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Companionship
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's & Dementia Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

Hiring Requirements:

• Successfully complete a mandatory criminal background check
• Experience caring for the elderly
• Speak fluent English
• Have a cellular smartphone
• Must have proof of 3 Covid-19 vaccinations to meet our mandatory vaccination policy
• Have the physical ability to perform the functions of the job descriptions and the ability to lift 25lbs
