AddressReporting to the Director, Business Partnerships & Workplace Health, the HR Business Partner coaches, influences and supports business leaders to effectively deliver their people plans. As a trusted advisor, the HR Business Partner collaborates with other HR specialist functions to provide stakeholders a consultancy service that delivers best practice and operationally-focused HR solutions. You will work to develop talent and leadership capacity, provide guidance and coaching to leaders on disciplinary and performance related matters, and act as an employee champion to identify and execute ways to build engagement, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity, and reduce turnover.
