SalaryHuron Fleet Service is looking to hire a 310t licenced technitian to the team. We are a small shop currently undergoing an expansion and would like to add quality technitians to the team to meet our customers needs. We serve a wide range of customers that come to us for quality service. Our technitians are crucial to our success. Job Requirements
- 310T Truck and coach technitian licence
- Valid "G" Drivers licence
- Own transportation
- Own set of tools, or desire to aquire as needed
- Must be willing to work with, gain assistance from apprentices or coop students
- Must be familiar with modern vehicle diagnostics and emissionssystems
Day to day responsibilites of a technitian include
- Annual safety inspections of medium and heavy duty trucks and trailers
- General maintenance of medium and heavy duty trucks and trailers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults
- Track labour and parts for each repair order
- Reporting to service manager for each repair order
- Ensure that all work is done in a safe manner to yourself and others around you
- Train and utilise apprentices in the Truck and Coach Technitian trade
- The right candidate may also be eligible for a role as shop foreman, Which would also cooincide with a higher wage
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $37.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
