To deliver quality community Mental Health Services to residents of Mamawetan Churchill River Health Region (La Ronge and area), through initiating and facilitating prevention, intervention and therapeutic mental health programs, i.e. facilitating workshops, seminars and providing crisis intervention, counseling services and follow-up support services to clients and their families.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Bachelor Degree in Psychiatric Nursing
- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of Saskatchewan (RPNAS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer skills
- Counseling skills
- Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and openness to working with diverse populations
- Demonstrated experience & ability to deliver programs within a holistic and culturally appropriate framework for the population served
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of Community Mental Health Nursing and Rehabilitation program standards.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
