Description
Develop and Maintain:
Online Web-based record-keeping system.
Manages all aspects of business related to the scheduling and payment of rentals, leases, advertising, and social media
Act as a fundraising consultant for the board.
Reporting:
The incumbent is required to attend regularly scheduled board meetings for which written reports are to be provided a minimum of one week in advance and should include:
Monthly rental summary,
Current renters
Future bookings, vacancies
Rental trends.
Communication and Public Relations:
Respond to requests from the community in a welcoming and supportive manner in keeping with the Albert Community Centre Mission Statement
