Accommodations Groundskeeper

Who Are We?

Located on the East Shore of Kootenay Lake, Kokanee Springs Resort by Pinnacle Lifestyles is currently seeking Accommodations Groundskeepers to join our passionate maintenance team.

Your primary responsibilities will be the upkeep of the ground’s areas associated with accommodations including the RV Park, Lodges, Villa, and Cabins. You will be responsible for all related and overall planning of maintenance schedules, completion of all maintenance requirements, managing your time efficiently, communicating with the General Manager as well as other resort departments and upholding a high standard in the aesthetic presentation and functionality of the grounds throughout all accommodation areas. You enjoy working outside in all types of weather, believe in championing a fun and safe work environment, and consistently provide exceptional work ethic and professionalism.

Who Are You?
You are crucial to delivering exceptional course maintenance all while upholding Kokanee Springs Resort’s core values. You're also a total go-getter, can work alone and have a passion for the outdoors.

What Do You Bring?

• Positive attitude
• Ability to operate a string trimmer and push mower.
• High level of knowledge of safe operation and care of all equipment including transport equipment, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools.
• Being an excellent communicator and having the ability to work as part of a team.
• Being physically fit and capable of completing physical tasks.
• Being efficient, self-motivated, and able to perform tasks with or without supervision.
• Having a valid driver’s license and transportation.
