As an Account Executive, you will:


  • Be a key player in our mission to revolutionize customer experience solutions!
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the contact center operations and customer experience segments
  • Build and maintain relationships: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers, within target accounts
  • Understand / RECOGNIZE customer needs: Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their challenges and requirements, positioning Laivly's solutions as the ideal fit to address those needs
  • Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach to selling Laivly's suite of products

As an Account Executive, you bring:


  • Proven SaaS sales experience: Demonstrated success in selling SaaS solutions to contact center operations and customer experience professionals
  • Industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the contact center operations landscape and customer experience trends
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, adapting to the unique needs of each client
  • Relationship-building skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships
  • Results-oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Technical acumen: Comfortable discussing and demonstrating software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor’s degree, or certificate, with a focus in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a startup company
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar sales role
  • Experience with selling into the CCaaS industry
  • Ability to travel (one week per month or as needed)
