Account Receivable Associate

Master Packaging Inc. is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Account Receivable Technician. This is a full-time position with opportunity to advance your career.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Full spectrum of Account Receivable functions

Process customer invoicing, cash receipts and credit card payments handling.

Reconciliation on bank receipts and handle and resolve the variance if any.

Follow up with customer payments thru email or direct phone calls.

Involve in collection process and assist in managing receivables.

Assist in various reports preparation and month end closing.

Engaged in annual audit.

Maintain efficient and organized filling with secure and confidential files.

Any other reasonable office duties assigned..

Job Qualifications

Post-secondary education in a business or accounting discipline preferred

3 years related experience in accounting field

Attentive to details and willing to communicate with customers

Strong organizational, communication and time management skills

Experience in ERP system, JDE, Encore & Radius preferred

Proficient in computing skills, knowledge of Excel an asset

Ability to work independently, multi-tasking and take initiative
