Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, personable, academically astute and a very trustworthy candidates to manage every aspect of our accounting. An ideal candidate would have 5-7 years experience in managing full cycle of accounting in mid-size company and must have a baccalaureate degree and CPA designation. This position for a candidate with the right personality, education and experience can lead to CFO position in the future.

```Duties```
- Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or trends
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software QuickBooks
- Familiarity with payroll processing and financial services
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Prepare tax returns, T4, T5, T2
