AddressWe are looking for a technician who will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of PA&A North America's distribution and logistics department. You'll be working with a variety of colleagues from different departments, divisions and countries, as part of a team managing strong growth.
YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Manage invoice flow between suppliers and the Accounts Payable department.
- Enter information required to create management reports (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Manage the expenditure approval process and monitor limits for capitalizable projects.
- Participate in the month-end process: account analysis (SAP) and preparation of commitments.
- Manage various supplier accounts: account opening, invoice monitoring and payments.
- Prepare various reports and analyses.
YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
- A degree in Accounting and Management Technology or equivalent.
- Demonstrated rigour and perseverance in follow-up.
- Good command of English: The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work in a team.
- The willingness to strive for continuous improvement in the performance of your duties.
- The ability to synthesize and analyze.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness.
- Autonomy.
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
- At least five to seven (5 to 7) years of experience.
