Responsibilities
Welcome and greet office guests and employees
Answer high-volume main phone line and route to appropriate team members
Keep track of employee hours
Reconcile Credit card expenses.
Maintain filing system.
Data entry of payable invoices
Manage office supply inventory (tracking and ordering)
Liaise with building maintenance and external vendors providing office services
Administer group insurance benefits including enrollments and terminations
Skills and Requirements:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated with an ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience with MS Office and other data programs, especially QuickBooks Online
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
Works well in a team environment
Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Administration is preferred, but not required.
3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
Knowledge of Logistics and moving industry would be an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
