Hello, I'm Marine, Recruitment and Business Development Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in accounting, finance and payroll. I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal area.
I'm looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for my client, an IT SME located on the west side of the island of Montreal. This is a permanent position, 40 hours a week in person.
Duties include:
- Entry and matching of supplier invoices
- Payment management - cheque wire transfer
- Reconciliation of credit cards and expense accounts
- Verification and approval of expense reports
- Weekly verification of time sheets
- P&L preparation
- Accounts receivable management: invoicing, collection and follow-up with customers

- DEC in accounting or related field
- 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Professional command of French mandatory and functional command of English
- ERP skills an asset
