Castle Fuels has an immediate opening for a Full Time Accounts Receivable Analyst.
The Accounts Receivables Analyst has a broad range of responsibilities covering new approved customer activations, current receivables, collections, data entry, and general accounting duties.

Responsibilities Include:
- New customer account approvals, establishing credit limits
- Collections of outstanding accounts
- Automated bank withdrawals from client bank accounts & electronic funds transfers
- Answer customer inquiries regarding invoices and statements or follow-up on document requests
- Maintain all Accounts Receivables within current credit limit terms
- Run credit limit report on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with the sales team and Castle Fuels associates across all locations with information on doubtful accounts listings, suspended accounts, bad debt accounts, and active accounts with security
- Work directly with collection agencies, arrange credit security, and liens
- Produce daily, weekly and month end reports & statements
- Maintain Suncor Energy designated customer accounts and commission setup in company specific computer system
- Respond to Suncor inquiries
- Any other administrative functions supporting AR and collection duties
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Completion of, or working towards, a post-secondary accounting program.
- 3 to 5 years of related practical work experience in Accounts Receivable and collections
- Excellent communications skills, written and oral
- Fluency in English is required (clear telephone voice)
- Experience in gathering data and producing financial reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) required
- Very detailed oriented with high standards for confidentiality
- Well organized, allowing for high quality output, strong memory and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
- Strong customer service abilities with a commitment to discretion, diplomacy, and tact.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships, both internally and externally
- High Level of professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
