Why we need you

AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/finance assistant to help with the rapid growth of the company.

This is a great opportunity for a part-time Accounts Receivable/finance assistant to help scale and streamline processes within a fast-growing FinTech company.


What you will do

  • Prepare complex invoices and order forms for our customers

  • Liaise with customers on payments due and send statements etc

  • Reconciliation of agreed customer usage for billing purposes

  • Posting bank receipts to customer accounts

  • Assist in bank account reconciliation

  • Update our CRM system

  • Update customer accounts and internal databases

  • Resolve queries both internally and externally

  • Prepare month-end reports for inclusion in the management reporting package to the CEO

  • Ad Hoc projects throughout the year to assist in the rapid growth of the company

  • Review of existing procedures and suggestions for improvements where required


What you will have:

  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • The ability to work independently and meet internal deadlines

  • Previous experience in a busy finance role

  • Experience dealing with customers

HQ Based in Ireland (Hybrid)
