Why we need you
AQMetrics is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable/finance assistant to help with the rapid growth of the company.
This is a great opportunity for a part-time Accounts Receivable/finance assistant to help scale and streamline processes within a fast-growing FinTech company.
What you will do
Prepare complex invoices and order forms for our customers
Liaise with customers on payments due and send statements etc
Reconciliation of agreed customer usage for billing purposes
Posting bank receipts to customer accounts
Assist in bank account reconciliation
Update our CRM system
Update customer accounts and internal databases
Resolve queries both internally and externally
Prepare month-end reports for inclusion in the management reporting package to the CEO
Ad Hoc projects throughout the year to assist in the rapid growth of the company
Review of existing procedures and suggestions for improvements where required
What you will have:
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and meet internal deadlines
Previous experience in a busy finance role
Experience dealing with customers
