I'm looking for an invoicing and ordering clerk for a client located in Bois-des-Filion, in the international distribution sector.
Your duties will include :
- Carry out weekly invoicing
- Prepare service cost entries
- Enter orders
- Price validation
- Validate the inventory and coordinate with purchasing
- Collecting payments.
- Managing credit notes
- Other related tasks

Profile required:
- AEC or DEP in accounting
- Bilingualism
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good level of learning and open-mindedness
