Hello, I am Charlotte, Recruitment and Business Development Advisor at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in recruitment for finance, accounting and payroll professions.
I work on two types of recruitment: temporary and permanent in the Greater Montreal region.

I am looking for an accounting techncian - receivables for my clients in Montreal. This is a permanent position, 35h, in hybrid mode.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Carry out the accounts receivable and collections process
- Check the accuracy of information on new customer accounts
- Carry out the invoicing process for advertising sales, subscriptions and other miscellaneous invoicing
- Manage customer payments (checks, cash, credit cards and transfers)
- Send customer account statements monthly and follow up and update files
- Perform credit inquiries, authorize and re-evaluate customer lines of credit
- Monitor and recover overdue accounts
- Participate in updating the list of provisions for doubtful debts

- DEC in accounting, finance or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or field
- Functional english
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Netsuite (asset)
