TierOne Marketing is a leading sales and direct marketing company in St.John's, Newfoundland. We specialize in face-to-face customer acquisitions, leadership and coaching, with a major focus on cable and the telecommunication industry, representing some of Canada’s most well known telecommunication brands.

Responsibilities

• Receive and screen telephone calls, letters, visitors and emails.
• Publish job advertisements, filter through resumes & schedule interviews.
• Complete onboarding paperwork for employees.
• Order office supplies and keep track of inventory.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Other duties assigned as required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Have a cell phone
• Be eligible to work full-time in Canada.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate expectations and requirements to staff.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Demonstrated sound work ethics.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Monday to Friday

8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
