Administrative Assistant

Job description:

1773492 Alberta Ltd O/A West Winds Professional Services located at 3730 108 Ave NE, Calgary, AB T3N 1V9 requires 1 Administrative Assistant on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 29 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided. Duties

1. Overall administration and business support for day-to-day operations such as mailing, scanning, faxing etc.
2. Take phone calls on general line and incoming emails on the general inbox and forward them to the concerned person.
3. Input property listings and client information into the database.
4. Ensuring regulatory compliance of all types are in place
5. Assist the president in all administrative matters.
6. Schedule appointments and property showings.
7. Maintain and update electronic and physical files.
8. Ensure adequate stock of all office and general supplies.
9. Any other tasks relevant to smooth operations and administration of the office.
