We leverage innovation, technology and process to make running a business easier and more efficient. We provide service through our internal team members as well as professionals from our network of trusted service providers.
Our approach is hands-on with clients in all of our work. From analysis and planning through process mapping, needs assessment, technology selection, configuration, training and ongoing mentorship.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to help us manage a number of administrative tasks and to become part of our team as we make decisions and take actions to grow the business.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Action Plans
- Populate and update client action plans
- Distribute client action plans
- Prep client action plan meeting boards
Zoom Calls
- Schedule Zoom meetings
- Create meeting agendas
- Take notes and send out follow up emails
Client Database Management
- Update client records
- Onboard clients and prospects
- Run standard client database reports
Development
- Participates in internal strategy sessions
- Assist in ongoing improvements to business processes
- Document business processes
CANDIDATE SKILLS
