IRM, here we grow again! Investigative Risk Management is seeking a full time highly skilled and motivated Administrative Investigator to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as a team Attention to detail, strong communication, and organizational skills are a must.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing & analyzing evidence collected during investigations, including identifying & analyzing legal/regulatory issues;
- Reviewing & transcribing interviews & statement;
- Assisting with the management of investigation department; investigators’ scheduling, expense & payroll, & assigning files,
- Preparing report, gathering, & editing surveillance videos;
- Report proofreading & editing;
- Conducting all criminal record checks, certified plate searches, business ownership & property ownership;
- Social media checks & preliminary social medias;
- Assisting in special assignments & investigations;
- Complies statistics & special reports as required;
- Write client proposals & letters of strategy;
- Prepare & distribute new client information packages;
- Prepare expense reports, invoices, Accounts receivables & payables;
- Review & prepare partnership agreements;
- Register & arrange for tradeshows/conferences, travel, hotels;
- Facilitate the renewal of licenses & memberships;
- Order & maintain promotional material & products;
- Maintain office supplies.
Qualifications:
- A Grade 12 education is a must; completion of college or other courses in business administration would be an asset;
- A strong computer skills set including Microsoft Office (Word, MS Excel, Power Point), and CRM skills, with the ability to learn new applications;
- Ability to type 60 wpm, or more;
- Experience in an office administration and/or customer service roles;
- A strong understanding in English, both written and verbal communication, multilingual would be an asset;
- A strong attention to details mindset;
- Ability to interact in a professional and articulate manner with clients, vendors, staff and management;
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills;
- The ability to multiple tasks with interruptions and shift priority of work follow;
- Ability to work independently, or in a team environment, and achieve results with and through others;
- Skills to work under pressure, changing environment, and tight deadlines.
Compensation: $ 20 to $ 22 per hour based on qualifications, experience.
Experience: 1 year Preferred
Location: In office - Barrie, ON
Language: Must be fluent in English, & have strong fluent English writing skills; French or second language an asset.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday 8 to 5;
- Evening & Weekends as required
