```Duties```
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Maintain and order office supplies, inventory, filing
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, able to organize work using excel, office
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in an office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills proficient in MS Excel and
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
