A reputable International Students Service Company at Montreal, seeks a motivated candidate to fill a full-time position of a Admission Officer.

Our firm's clientele are from all over the world who wish to study in Quebec. We assist our clients register different schools in Quebec, while working in a youthful and dynamic environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Data entry volume requirements.
• Proficient in the use of computers, and various office software.
• Communication by phone and e-mail
• Processing, preparation, and review of documents for registration
• filling necessary forms
• Tracking of status and deadlines
• updating the information in our platform
• Other administrative tasks
• This position is a full-time.

Skills Required: The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and a self-started who possesses the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment. An understanding of the urgency of certain cases, ability to remain focused, attention to detail, and superior communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical skills for this position.

Language Required:

Mandarin (expert)

English or French (fluent)

Experience Required: Relevant work experience would be an asset
