```Duties```

- Answering phones and emails
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and employees
- Maintain office records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage office supplies inventory and order necessary items
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

-Organizing our customer retention management program (Nutshell)

-Extensive filing, scanning, organizing, archiving
- Data entry

```Qualifications```
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience with CRM programs (customer retention management)- Nutshell

-Experience with SAGE bookkeeping is beneficial
- Pleasant friendly personality
- Able to work within a team

- Dive experience an asset

-Driver license required
