Position Summary

  • Oversee night operations
  • Update drivers/dispatchers/customers as needed
  • Enter updates into the system
  • Ability to effectively interface with drivers and customers
  • Answer phone calls in a timely manner


Location: Burnaby, BC

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Timing: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

What you will do

  • Daily data entry of paperwork, audit of process, to ensure all information is correct.
  • This role involves coordinating appointments, meetings, and communication between team members, clients, and vendors, helping to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Providing daily support with customer service, both internal and external.
  • Follow up with warehouse staff for outstanding customer paperwork, escalate to supervisor if corrective action required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in an office environment
  • Positive attitude and the willingness to work in a team
  • High school diploma

  • Customer service
  • Order entry, order taking and data entry
  • Strong communication skills and phone/email etiquette
  • Fast and accurate typing skills and PC skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Organized and proactive

Efficient, Accurate and attention to details

High level of mental alertness and urgency

Resourcefulness and tenacity are also valid indicators of effective performance

Ability to thrive and multi task in a fast paced environment
