Position Summary
- Oversee night operations
- Update drivers/dispatchers/customers as needed
- Enter updates into the system
- Ability to effectively interface with drivers and customers
- Answer phone calls in a timely manner
Location: Burnaby, BC
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Timing: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM
What you will do
- Daily data entry of paperwork, audit of process, to ensure all information is correct.
- This role involves coordinating appointments, meetings, and communication between team members, clients, and vendors, helping to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
- Providing daily support with customer service, both internal and external.
- Follow up with warehouse staff for outstanding customer paperwork, escalate to supervisor if corrective action required.
What You’ll Bring

- High school diploma

- Fast and accurate typing skills and PC skills such as Excel, Word, Outlook
