Key Responsibilities:

• Learning & Development:
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your knowledge of agricultural products, sales strategies, and customer engagement techniques.
  • Work closely with experienced team members to learn best practices and gain practical experience in the field.
• Customer Service:
  • Assist in providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and recommending appropriate products or services to customers.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
• Participation in Making Things Better:
  • Engage in initiatives that give back to our team, our communities, and our business through participating in worthy causes and activities for the greater good.
