A Day in the Life:
3 big topics: Advocacy, Influence, PR
- Help champion the strategy of CeraVe in A&I with the support of our agency partners – from brief development /conception to realization.
- Implement and guide the brand’s advocacy / influence tone of voice for Canada with the selection of: the right partners/ pricing / brief / contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with our Worldwide and North American teams to activate in key moments.
- Traditional media: Assist the PR agency with documentation, assets, etc. to stay top of mind and promote key initiatives for the brand to secure visibility among Canadian media stakeholders.
- Events: Support in development of planning of CeraVe events across Canda (4 tentpole moments).
- Product-led Influencer initiatives: Support the key franchise deployment of the brand in A&I– building ambition, visibility plan, etc. – while integrating in the 360 campaigns.
- Brand cause: Contribute to building the Brand Cause initiative in collaboration with Medical teams.
- Online community: Owner of the response rate online (reviews, comments to ensure 100% response rate).
- PPP Management: Track and respect allocated A&I Budget for various projects ($1.5M FY).
Desired skills and experience:
- Collaboration is key as you must interact with all stakeholders (finance, commercial, marketing, training etc.) – including external agencies.
- Strong appetite for online trends (trend hacking, new opportunities, content tone of voice, etc.).
- Strong operational excellence, with ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Skincare métier sensitivity – building strong insights on how to best communicate our CeraVe DNA on all touchpoints.
- Agility / capacity to learn fast - our plan can change rapidly; we need to adjust/ react positively.
- Strong desire to build connections and long-lasting relationships.
