Function:
· Responsible for supporting the operations of the branch/terminal in receiving, handling and shipping crop input products
· Encompasses experienced roles such as, Custom Fertilizer Applicator
·
Site Operations:
· Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations
· Maintain professionalism and a customer service attitude towards customers or truck drivers when delivering or picking up products at the branch
Use of airflow equipment as per request
· Apply fertilizer to Sylvite customers as directed by the customer and sales team
· Receive trucks (or railcars) of fertilizer, seeds, chemicals or other products
· Load trucks with fertilizer
· Make fertilizer blends as directed by the sales team for customer pick-ups or deliveries
· Deliver fertilizer or assist custom applications
· Perform routine maintenance on loading and blending equipment
· Load packaged products with a forklift as required
· Perform routine clean up and maintenance of the site
· Perform functions as requested by the relevant supervisor
Sales and Support:
· Support the success of the sales team
· Support all administrative functions relative to the sales team and customer service.
· Actively participate in continuous learning opportunities for sales, seed, and crop protection
· Participate in industry associations, attend related conferences, building network of customers, suppliers and partners.

Education, Experience and / or Training Requirements:
· WHMIS Training
· 2+ years custom application experience
· 1+ year fertilizer blending experience
· 1+ year loader experience
· DZ license
· Forklift certificate preferred
