Aircraft Groomer/Sanitization Agent

Executive Aviation is looking for Grooming/Sanitization specialists to work with our team, based at the Kelowna airport. We’re looking for someone who would enjoy working independently, is a hard worker, and would report to the Grooming Lead, or Ramp Coordinator on shift. This person would be responsible for sanitizing all surfaces for our airport partners in designated areas and ensure all pieces of equipment are thoroughly disinfected, along with ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy for its next round of travelers. The ideal candidate would enjoy executing cleaning tasks on a detailed list, and who enjoys doing a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize all surfaces

• Remove trash and debris throughout specified airport locations

• Clean and wipe all areas (walls, bins, etc.)

• Fully clean and sanitize all specified airport equipment

• Grooms aircraft - clean whole cabin, galleys, lavatories, restock lavatory with supplies

• Maintain inventory and stocking supply areas

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous experience with industrial cleaning would be an asset

• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel and push and pull for extended periods of time

• A physical ability to consistently lift up to 20 lbs/32kgs

• Must be willing to work independently and follow instructions well

• Must be able to acquire a Restricted Area pass issued by Transport Canada
