Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Contractors - M, E & S

Exciting news - we're busy hiring AMEs in St. John's for immediate contracts for a second line of heavy maintenance in Winnipeg, MB!

Note: We are hiring both licensed and unlicensed Contractors at this time

In your capacity as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer your primary duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Carry out the repair, servicing, modifications on various aircrafts;
• Troubleshooting;
• Comply with all company safety practices and procedures;
• Complete all required documentation and certification of journey log entries for the work accomplished related to the aircraft maintenance performed;
• Be familiar with all Transport Canada and company documents pertaining to your work;
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as an AME;
• Working knowledge of Dash 8 or ATR aircraft would be an asset
• Must have a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Course completed or have equivalent experience through a program such as the International Correspondence School;
• Must possess strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills;
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment;
• Trouble shooting skills;
• Must be able to obtain a clear Criminal Record Check prior to employment.
