Responsibilities:
- Install, program, and maintain alarm systems(Burglary,Fire,CCTV,Access) for residential and commercial properties
- Conduct site surveys to determine the best locations for alarm system components
- Troubleshoot and repair alarm system malfunctions
- Test and verify system functionality after installation or repairs
- Provide customer training on how to use and operate alarm systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
Skills:
- Proficient in computer networking and able to configure alarm systems for remote access
- Knowledge of electrical principles and able to work with low voltage wiring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software used in alarm systems
- Competent in using power tools and hand tools for installation and repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with alarm systems
- Experience in building, installing, and maintaining CCTV systems is a plus
