Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant Position

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the daily operation management of the Amazon e-commerce platform, including product listing, inventory management, and order processing;

Use Excel for data analysis to optimize product listings and sales strategies, improving product rankings and sales volume;

Monitor and analyze market trends to support product development and promotional activities;

Manage and optimize product advertisements to enhance effectiveness and ROI;

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics companies to ensure sufficient inventory and efficient transportation;

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service;

Regularly prepare sales and operations reports to support team meetings;

Complete other related tasks assigned by the company and superiors.

Job Requirements

Fluent in Chinese and English, with good bilingual communication skills;

Proficient in Excel, capable of complex data analysis and report creation;

Positive work attitude, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit;

Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively in a multitasking environment;

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in marketing, business analysis, or related fields;

Experience in e-commerce platform operations preferred, but open to talented newcomers;

Problem-solving ability, able to maintain composure in a fast-paced work environment.
