Ap / Ar Associate

SureSource Commodities trades organic specialty crops worldwide. Our continued rapid growth has created new opportunities and we are searching for an AR/AP Associate to join our growing team.

The responsibilities include:

Accounts Receivable

• accurate and timely customer invoicing (settlements)
• application of payments to customer accounts
• liaise with customers to resolve any payment discrepancies or delinquencies
• deposit cheques

Accounts Payable

• sort and distribute inbound mail and email
• code and input vendor invoices
• prepare payment runs
• organize and file vendor invoices

Key Skills & Proficiencies

• Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word
• strong planning and organizational skills
• attention to detail
• time management
• ability to work independently
• ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers and vendors
• GrainSmart / Agtech software experience
