WRE Development Ltd. is looking for qualified candidates for the Apartment Building Maintenance position at Dawson Trails Apartments in south Winnipeg.

APARTMENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE

The Apartment Building Maintenance Technician reports to the Property Manager and the duties and responsibilities include:

• Maintenance and repair of external and internal project structures, facilities and equipment which includes minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical and grounds.
• Perform all project maintenance and cleaning duties, as required
• Complete repairs and maintenance work as outlined on the Request for Maintenance Form
• Ensure that common areas are maintained and that all machinery and equipment is fully operational
• Ensure that all unit turnover work, including in suite maintenance repairs are completed prior to occupancy by new tenants
• Ensure that adequate levels of material and supplies are maintained
• Interact with tenants in a courteous and tactful manner at all times
• Perform various other duties and tasks which may be assigned from time to time
• Plumbing and electrical experience an asset.

This is a live on site position, with mandatory on call duties.

All candidates must be energetic and self-motivated.

Experience in building / apartment maintenance an asset.

Experience operating a bobcat is an asset.
