But we believe we’re just getting started! We are seeking a hardworking, data driven and results-focused individual to join the App Store team in Canada in a 15-Month Contract! This team is responsible for driving revenue growth with our partners in the App Store. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with Canadian partners across the Gaming Category to help them improve their business and surfacing the great games in our platform. You will use your industry experience, critical-thinking skills and deep curiosity about technology to help game partners grow their businesses on the App Store. This will be done through roadmap management, full funnel optimization and benchmarking, working with partners on feature and best approach adoption, driving global expansion and pulling data driven growth levers. Additionally, this role will champion for partner needs internally, inspiring change as well as working on longer term strategic growth initiatives.

  • At least 5 years of meaningful experience across the gaming industry, ideally within the mobile space
  • Ability to prioritize and scale revenue driving efforts
  • Consistent track record using data, analytics and financial models to tell a cohesive story internally and externally
  • Deep curiosity about the mobile apps ecosystem with a proficiency in games and knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Willingness and ability to dive into product and feature adoption to drive funnel optimization metrics
  • Capacity to work with various groups across our partners including Product, Commerce, Growth Marketing, Retention Marketing and Business Development
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical stills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally to move critical initiatives forward
  • Demonstrated ability to develop great presentations and present them to audiences at all levels of the company
  • Proficiency in English. French will be a plus

Lead and expand business relationships with existing and prospective partners ranging from small businesses to large, complex organizations. Define the strategy and manage the Games Business in close collaboration with the local & global management teams. Discover and surface great content, and make sure we are offering to our users the best possible user experience and best quality games. Offer developers expertise to support them make better decisions in every aspect of their business, so that they are fully set up for success. Ability to use metrics and standard methodologies to look at third-party businesses and be able to provide well-informed mentorship and insight as a result. Digital content expert: work closely with developers, digital content businesses, as well as multiple cross-functional groups within Apple to help developers be successful on the App Store. Identify new market trends. Identify and execute on new business development and partnership opportunities. Implement promotional campaigns. Advocate for App Store improvements based on partner feedback, market research and internal analysis. Partner with internal teams (product, marketing, legal, analytics) to gain support for editorial and business initiatives.
