Job Summary: Alliance Retail Services (ARS) is seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as a Retail Visual Merchandiser for Levi Signature. We invite you to join our team of national visual merchandisers to complete service calls in Wal Mart stores. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and to ensure all our products are effectively displayed and merchandised in our retail stores. You will work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.

Responsibilities:

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

· Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.

· Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.

· Collaborate with store managers and team members to execute visual merchandising plans.

· Participate in product knowledge training to stay up to date on new merchandise and trends.

· Provide feedback to company supervisors regarding customer preferences and trends.

· Perform other duties as assigned by company management (such as, seasonal POS installation, price change etc.)

· Set product according to vendor provided Plan-o-grams and maintain brand standards within the shops/departments.

· Participate in special projects and store openings, install seasonal signage and all other merchandising services as required by our customers.

· Manage deadlines for all assigned work.

· Complete and submit online reports and pictures through the ARS website in a timely manner.

This job opportunity offers flexible part-time hours (no weekends or evenings) throughout the week (Monday through Friday) with the ability to make your own schedule. Total hours range starts from 7 hours/week and upwards.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

· Visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.

· Ability to understand and set product to submitted plan-o-grams.

· Must be solution-focused, self-motivated, reliable, work well independently.

· Good written and verbal communication skills, accompanied with excellent reporting and organizational ability.

· Reliable vehicle/ access to public transportation, computer/laptop/tablet with internet access or smart phone with data capability.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Experience in a retail environment is an asset.

· Strong customer service skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong attention to details.

· Ability to work flexible hours.
