Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:
•1 to 3 years of experience
•Good knowledge on Application Monitoring using Dynatrace, Grafana
•Able to manage incidents, escalate on time.
•Able to drive Critical calls with client.
•Must work in rotational shifts, 24X7
•Must have knowledge on Problem management.
•Must have excellent communication Skills.
Mandatory Skills :
•Member should have hands on APM tools(Appdynamics or Dynatrace or Grafana) and must have good communication skills to handle client calls
•Candidate should have experience on handling P1 and P2 bridges. Basic knowledge on Applications preferably banking applications

• Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
• Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
• Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
• Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
• Ability to plan, priorities and complete your own work, whilst remaining a team player
• Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
