L’École de L'Automobile offers courses and programs designed to equip students with the skills necessary to enter the automotive industry. From mechanics to automotive aesthetics and the distribution of road transport, the choice of full-time or part-time programs allow car enthusiasts to choose training adapted to their needs.

Are you a customer service pro? Do you like talking on the phone? We are looking for a dynamic agent to make appointments.

Tasks:

• Contact potential students by phone, email and SMS. Get appointments;

• Coordinate the appointment setting with the advisers' schedule;

You will make calls, emails and texts to reach potential students who have requested information from us.

What do you need:

• Bilingualism, excellent writing skills. (French and English).

• Availability Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening, as well as Saturday during the day;

• Experience in sales, solicitation, telemarketing or collections a plus.

The goal is to book appointments with one of our advisers.

You must be available to start now.
